I have seen it so bad that people will post embarrassing pictures of their friends on Facebook to discourage them to give up and come back to their LAZY circle.
An example this extreme doesn’t happen to all of us, but we can all relate to not having as much support from our family or friends that we need to get past the hump of starting something as hard as changing our lifestyles.
After helping people get healthy and fit for the past 10 years I can tell you with 100% confidence that having a solid support system WILL make or break your chances of being successful.
Here’s how to do it:
- Join a gym with a rock solid supportive community.
- Get a friend, or even better, a group of friends to go with you.
- Find a support buddy and hold each other accountable.
- Get everyone in your household to join you in healthy habits.
- Hire a trainer to hold you accountable.
This is rarely easy, so you are going to have to really want the results you are striving for.
If looking and feeling better than you have in years is not worth the struggle, then you might as well hop back into that lazy circle of embarrassing picture posters until you’re ready to go all in on your life.
