If I could only give one piece of nutritional advice, it would definitely be this breakfast hack, so let’s get right into it. I have here a protein powder, so this one is a pea protein. It’s very clean, gluten-free. I have a sensitive system, so I have to make sure that everything that I consume is all natural, it doesn’t have any preservatives, anything like that, and so I do recommend that for most people. It can be a good choice for you.

This brand is Nutra Summa, so you’ll take your protein, one scoop of this, and then you’re actually going to have virgin coconut oil as well, and so take two, one or two tablespoons of this. You’ll probably going to have to take it out with a spoon, put it into a little bowl, and then heat it in the microwave for 10, 15 seconds, so it turns to liquid. You’ll take these two ingredients, and then boom. Just throw that right into your shaker cup. Shake this, and just drink it down right in the morning.

The reason why you’re going to do this is because the coconut oil is going to give you instant energy.
