I don’t know about you, but I’m sick and tired of all the fitness BS out there. You know what I’m talking about.
All these things on TV about 10 minute abs and get shredded in 3 weeks.
As great as it sounds, deep down you know it’s a lie…
If it was “REAL”, wouldn’t everyone be walking around looking like a Greek God from ancient times?
Don’t you agree?
They hire models to trick us into thinking that these “SPECIAL” pills they take turned ’em into the son/daughter of Zeus.
They lie to you!
Don’t even get me started on diets. They’ll tell you that eating soiled kitty litter is the newly discovered super food — if it sold more magazines.
They lie to YOU!
It’s near impossible to know who to trust. They even get celebrities to back their products and tell us this has been their secret all along, even though the product is brand new.
They lie TO YOU!
Then there are all these F**KING detoxes. If you take this powder of dehydrated plants and nothing else for 7 days you will be cleansed… A.K.A. being on death’s door for malnutrition!
They LIE TO YOU!
I saved the worst for last. There are all these personal trainers and fitness “gurus” That tell you they can perform a miracle for you if you give them the right amount of money.
These people are supposed to be your trusted advisors and all they do is tell you what you want to hear to pick your pocket and leave you back at square one.
THEY LIE TO YOU!
Doesn’t this piss you off?
Now that I have that off my chest, let me tell you the TRUTH.
Becoming healthy and fit is a journey.
- It takes time
- It’s hard
- It takes sacrifice
- It’s uncomfortable at times
But, it’s totally worth it once you feel the difference in your life.
- You’re more confident
- You’re more attractive
- You’re stronger
- You’re healthier
- You feel accomplished
It feels better than any drug ever could!
Unfortunately too many people will never feel this Miraculous Pleasure because they are off chasing the quick fix instead of putting in the work with a program that actually works.
Most people would leave you with this, but I want to truly make an impact in your life, so I’m going to give you the checklist I live by that has worked well for me and my clients.
1. Treat your workouts like it’s your Mom’s birthday – It’s a priority in your life and you would NEVER miss one. It may not always be the best one, but you always make it.
2. Food is to your body like oil is to your car – You would never let your car run with no oil or crappy used oil because it would blow up mid drive and you would be out a car. Your body is the same with food. Eat something small every 3-4 hours like a protein shake and stay away from SH*T fast food that will blow up your body and your toilet.
3. Sleep burns through fat like a fart cuts through silence – You burn the highest percentage of fat while you sleep and it helps regulate all of your hormones. If your hormones are off you might as well kiss results goodbye. Sleep 6-8 hours per night.
